Hi everyone! Welcome back to Green Plate Diaries, where I am always serving up delicious and planet-friendly meals. This week I am excited to share my veggie sandwich creation! This veggie sandwich is a celebration of colors, flavors, and textures making it the perfect mouth-watering dinner. This veggie sandwich is rich in fiber, essential vitamins (such as A, C, and K), and minerals like potassium and magnesium. One way you could add an element to this sandwich is by growing your own vegetables, either in your backyard or on a sunny windowsill!
Ingredients:
Multi-grain bread
Vegetarian Turkey
Argula
Lettuce
Pickles
Mustard- your choice of honey, dijon, or yellow
